The Process

Arguably the most important part. Getting to know one another. A deep dive into you, your brand, how it started, where it’s going, what you envision for your website, your dream for your business going forward. I want to feel as part of the DNA of your business as possible so I can craft a beautiful and purposeful design that matches the ethos of what your brand is all about.
This is also our opportunity to align on the scope, the timeline, the project fee, the deliverables and whether we are a good creative match for this project.

Everest base camp, time to plan the ascent.
Based on our conversation and understanding of your business, I conduct a thorough competitor and market analysis, craft an understanding of your target audience and dive into your ‘inspo’ to create a coherent design strategy. This ensures the design is not only stunning to look at, but fits the purpose of attracting and providing a great user experience for your target market that converts.
This phase also gives me an opportunity to get a lay of the land, looking into your technical set-up if you have one already, or setting up your hosting and platform ready to start the design.

The fun starts here. I begin designing your site for real, based on the direction, inspo and design principles agreed upon.
In order to kick things off your branding, copy, imagery and any content should be provided in the shared drive I create for us. Don’t have any branding or content and need it created? Let me know!

It’s a collaboration.
I will present a version of your site which has utilised my design perspective and skills to craft a design true to your vision.
Need a change in direction? No problem, it’s expected! We have two rounds of revisions for this exact reason, to align and deliver the site you had in mind and ensure every detail is just right.

The most exciting part! Launching
We agree upon a launch date and make sure any last minute fine tuning is taken care of and you are completely confident in accepting your site. I transfer the ownership and answer any questions you may have about your new website.
All sites come with 2 weeks of technical support for peace of mind. Support beyond this point depends upon your chosen maintenance plan, if required.
